摘 要:世界第三次农业革命以来,农业人口减少、人才吸引力减弱,我国涉农人才匮乏成为制约乡村振兴战略实现的重要因素。粤港澳大湾区社会经济发展程度较高,研究本科生在大湾区的就业选择行为,具有一定的参考价值。以华南农业大学公共管理类毕业生为研究样本,对近6年毕业的5422位学生就业事实分类统计,并进行多重列联表分析,结果表明,性别和生源地在就业选择的异地化趋势和“体制内”倾向方面存在显著性差异,同时证实大湾区高校的合作和民间认同基础非常薄弱。研究结果对涉农高等教育教学改革和拟定涉农人才优惠公共政策具有一定的启发意义。Since the third agricultural revolution in the world,with the decrease of agricultural population and the weakening of talent attraction,China's agriculture-related talents have become the key factors restricting the realization of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The degree of social and economic development of Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area is relatively high,so it is of certain predictive value to study the employment choice behavior of undergraduates in the Greater Bay Area.Taking public management graduates of an agricultural university in Guangdong Province as the research sample,the employment facts of 5,422 graduates in recent six years are classified and analyzed by multiple contingency table.The results show that there are significant differences in the trend of employment choice in different places and"within the system"between gender and students'origin,At the same time,it is confirmed that the foundation of university cooperation and folk recognition in Greater Bay Area is very weak.The results of the study are instructive to the teaching reform of agriculture-related higher education and the formulation of preferential public policies for agriculture-related talents.
