新农科新文科背景下农科高校金融学一流本科专业建设探索与实践——以南京农业大学为例

摘　　要：随着现代金融的深刻变革和金融功能的日益多元化,我国经济社会的发展对金融人才的需求表现出新的时代特点,金融学专业的建设必然要改革创新。农科高校作为高等教育体系的重要成员,其金融学专业的建设和金融人才的培养都有一定的特殊性。在国家乡村振兴战略与新文科、新农科、一流本科专业建设实现“1+3”交汇融合的时期,以人才培养为出发点,以问题为导向,结合南京农业大学建设国家一流金融学专业的实际情况,提出了基于人才分类分方向培养的农科高校金融学专业建设路径,力求培养出既能够适应乡村振兴、普惠金融等国家重大战略需要,又能够与现代金融行业需求相衔接的人才。With the profound changes in modern finance and the increasing diversification of financial functions,the demand for financial talents in China's economic and social development has shown new characteristics of the times,and hence the construction of the finance major must be reformed and innovated.As an important member of the higher education system,agricultural colleges and universities have certain particularities in the construction of finance majors and the training of financial talents.In this period when the national rural revitalization strategy and the construction of new liberal arts,emerging agricultural education,and first-class undergraduate majors are integrated as"1+3"convergence,this problem-solving paper takes talent training as the starting point,combines the actual situation of Nanjing Agricultural University,and puts forward a path for the construction of finance majors in agricultural colleges and universities based on the classification of talents,in order to cultivate talents who can not only meet the major national strategic needs such as rural revitalization and inclusive finance,but also meet the needs of the modern financial industry.
