摘 要:目的研究“新工科”背景下医学院校工科大学生的培养现状和存在问题,进而提出针对性的解决措施,为完善和改革地方医学院校工科专业高素质人才培养模式提供切实可行的路径。方法从“新工科”人才培养的视角出发,基于问卷调查与数据分析,以502名地方医学院校工科大学生为对象,调查分析他们对学校人才培养的需求情况和对学校新工科建设的认可度。结果在“新工科”背景下学生能力需求分析中创新创业能力比例最高,为61.2%;在课程开设需求分析中加强创新创业教育课程的比例最高,为62.4%;在希望学校做出的努力中,为学生创造更多跨专业、跨学校学习机会的比例最高,为63.7%;对自己所在高校关于新工科建设相关情况的打分结果中,在打分范围为0~5分的情况下,创新课程内容产生的影响、跨学科研究与学习平台的成效、创新理念融入人才培养的过程得分分别为(3.4±0.5)、(3.2±0.6)和(3.3±0.3)。结论学生对所在学校“新工科”建设的认可度不高,他们希望学校加强创新创业教育和能力培养、改革课程体系和教学内容,为学生创造更多跨专业、跨学校学习的机会和交流的平台。在上述研究的基础上提出了“立足学校实情,建立健全相应的激励措施”“打破学科壁垒,构建多学科交叉融合的课程体系”“创新协同办学模式,加大交流合作的深度和广度”的建议,以期为培养高素质的新型工科人才提供有益参考。Objective To study the current status and existing problems in the cultivation of engineering students in medical colleges and universities under the background of“New Engi-neering”and put forward specific solutions,so as to provide a feasible path for improving and reforming the training mode of high-quality engineering professionals in local medical colleges and universities.Methods From the perspective of cultivating“New Engineering”talents,based on questionnaire survey and data analysis,502 engineering students in local medical colleges and universities were investigated and analyzed to investigate their demand for talent training and their recognition of New Engineering construction.Results Under the background of“New Engi-neering”,the proportion of innovation and entrepreneurship ability was the highest in students'ability demand analysis,which was 61.2%.In the analysis of curriculum demand,the proportion of strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education was the highest,which was 62.4%.Among the efforts that schools should make,the proportion of creating more cross-major and cross-school learning opportunities for students was the highest,which was 63.7%.In the scoring results of the new engineering construction of the university,when the scoring range was 0 to 5,the scores of the impact of innovative course content,the effectiveness of interdisciplinary research and learning platform,and the process of integrating innovative ideas into talent cultivation were(3.4±0.5)(3.2±0.6)(3.3±0.3)respectively.Conclusion Students did not have a high reco-gnition of the new engineering construction in their schools.They hoped that schools can stren-gthen innovation and entrepreneurship education and ability cultivation,reform the curriculum system and teaching content,and create more cross-discipline and cross-school learning oppor-tunities and communication platforms for students.Based on the above-mentioned study,sug-gestions including“constructing complete corresponding incentive measures ba
