摘　　要：黄牛肠变位是发生于黄牛的一种肠阻塞的病症,分为肠套叠、肠扭转、肠嵌闭、肠绞窄,该病发病率低,死亡率高,诊断困难。诊断可通过临床症状,治疗诊断得出初步结论,确诊则需进行腹腔探查。治疗只能通过手术法治疗。在进行腹腔探查确诊的同时,可以进行手术治疗。The intestinal displacement of cattle is a kind of intestinal obstruction caused by cattle,which is divided into intussusception,volvulus,intestinal inlay and strangulation.The incidence rate is low,the mortality rate is high,and the diagnosis is difficult.The diagnosis can be made through clinical symptoms,treatment and diagnosis,and the diagnosis needs abdominal exploration.Treatment can only be treated by surgery.Surgical treatment can be performed at the same time of abdominal exploration and diagnosis.
