摘　　要：为了解决单台柴油发电机组与电厂多路保安电源同期并联切换的问题,设计了电厂多路保安电源同期并联切换柴油发电机组。该机组采用功能全面的智能控制系统和PLC控制,可以实现单台机组与电厂多路保安电源同期并联切换,并能对机组多种异常状况提供自动保护报警、停机功能;且能够实现突加100%负载,同时采用了灭火星消音降噪技术,有效降低机组排气噪声,减小噪声对环境的影响,提高发电机组使用的安全性,满足在可燃性气体环境下使用。试运行结果表明:该机组采用MTU发动机和利莱森玛发电机,具有燃油消耗低、突加负载瞬态特性好的特点。In order to solve the problem of simultaneous parallel switching between single diesel gen-set and multi-channel security power supply of power plant,a diesel generator set with simultaneous parallel switching of multi-channel security power supply of power plant is designed.The unit adopts a fully functional intelligent control system and PLC control,which can realize the simultaneous parallel switching between a single unit and multiple security power supplies of the power plant,and provide automatic protection alarm and shutdown functions for a variety of abnormal conditions of the unit.The gen-set can realize sudden increase of 100%load,At the same time,the unit adopts anti spark silencing and noise reduction technology to effectively reduce the exhaust noise of the unit,reduce the impact of noise on the environment and improve the safety of the generator unit.It can be used in combustible gas environment.The results show that the unit adopts MTU engine and LEROY-SOMER generator,which has the characteristics of low fuel consumption and good transient characteristics of sudden load.
