摘　　要：[研究目的]面向海外安全场景的复杂、多变等特性,需要有效融合多源情报进行细粒度的态势感知和分析,增强对海外公共安全事件的风险预测和预警能力。[研究方法]根据三元世界理论解析海外安全事件场景情报源;面向多源异构的开源数据,提出统一的事件描述框架和基于“事件-主题-相关组织/人”模型的多维特征分析方法体系;最后,基于该文提出的方法,针对瓜达尔港相关的开源、多源、异构数据进行细粒度多维分析。[研究结论]借助海外安全场景的多源数据组织与分析方法,能够对海外安全场景进行多维度、准确全面的态势感知,从而提升国家对于海外安全事件的应急响应效率。[Research purpose] As for the complex and changeable characteristics of overseas security scenarios,multi-source information needs to be fused for fine-grained situational awareness and analysis,which could enhance the risk prediction and early warning capabilities of overseas public security events.[Research method] Analyze overseas security events scenario intelligence sources from the perspective of the three-world theory;Then,we propose a unified event description framework as well as multi-dimensional feature analysis based on the "event-subject-related organization/person" model for multi-source heterogeneous and open source data;Finally,fine-grained multi-dimensional analysis is performed on the open source,multi-source,and heterogeneous data related to Gwadar Port based on the methodology proposed in our paper.[Research conclusion] With the help of multi-source data organization and analysis methods for overseas security scenarios,can conduct multi-dimensional,accurate and comprehensive situational awareness of overseas security scenarios,thereby improving the efficiency of the country’s emergency response to overseas security incidents.
