摘　　要：[研究目的]让情报服务助力绿色金融安全管理,有助于绿色金融的可持续发展,也能丰富情报学的理论体系。[研究方法]首先从情报需求、情报收集、情报加工、情报应用和情报追踪五个方面构建绿色金融安全情报服务体系。然后对国内8个绿色金融试点城市进行调研。最后采用多元回归对绿色金融安全情报服务的现状进行剖析。[研究结论]研究表明,不同省份的绿色金融试点城市在应急管理中的情报服务存在不同的薄弱点。调研数据所体现的安全情报服务差异和各个城市的经济差异、技术差异、资源差异和体制差异等有关。若从长期发展考虑,各绿色金融试点城市亟需提升情报服务每个阶段的能力。[Research purpose] Applying intelligence service to green financial security management will contribute to the sustainable development of green finance and enrich the theoretical system of intelligence science.[Research method] We first build an intelligence service system for emergency management from five aspects which are intelligence demand,intelligence collection,intelligence processing,intelligence application and intelligence tracking.Then we investigate eight pilot cities of green finance across the country.Finally,we analyze the status quo of green financial security intelligence service through multiple regression.[Research conclusion] Research shows that green financial pilot cities in different provinces have different weaknesses in the intelligence service during emergency management.The differences reflected in the intelligence service are related to the economic differences,technological differences,resource differences and institutional differences of various cities.Considering the long-term development,the green financial pilot cities urgently need to improve the capabilities of intelligence service at each stage.
