摘 要:为了解钢渣在海水中浸出物质产生的环境效应并分析其环境风险,以宝钢湛江钢铁滚筒钢渣为研究对象,对不同粒径和不同含量钢渣组开展了短期(8h)和长期(90d)的浸出行为研究。结果表明,钢渣投放至海水后,溶液的pH值初期较快升高,后期趋于平缓,且钢渣粒径越小,pH增加越快;短期和长期浸泡下,铬、锌和铜整体表现为正溶出,镉、铅表现为负溶出。通过与《海水水质标准》(GB 3097-1997)比较,浸出液中的各重金属含量均低于第Ⅱ类海水水质浓度上限值,表明适量钢渣投放至海水中不会产生较大的环境风险。In order to understand the environmental effects and risks when steel slags was immersed in seawater,two experimental groups with different particle sizes and different contents were selected to study the leaching characteristics of steel slags in seawater in short term(8 h)and long term(90 d).The results show that the pH value of the steel slag solution increased rapidly at the initial stage and decreased slowly with time,and the smaller the steel slag particle size,the faster the pH increase.Under the short-term and long-term immersion,Cr,Zn and Cu showed wholly positive dissolution characteristics,while Cd and Pb showed negative dissolution characteristics.Compared with the Seawater Quality Standard(GB 3097-1997),the upper limit of heavy metal concentrations in the leachate is lower than the upper concentration limit of the ClassⅡseawater quality,indicating that the addition of an appropriate amount steel slag will not cause greater environmental risk in seawater.
