摘　　要：聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)是一类全生物可降解的高分子聚酯材料。近年来,随着代谢工程和合成生物学等技术的发展,PHA的微生物发酵生产取得了进一步突破。目前PHA的生物制造体系主要分为传统工业生物技术和下一代工业生物技术。本文从下一代工业生物技术体系比较分析出发,简要综述了PHA生物合成过程强化、PHA分离纯化及改性加工等研究进展,并展望其未来发展方向,为生产过程节能减排、推进PHA商业化生产应用提供参考。Polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA) is a class of biodegradable polyester.Recently, with the development of metabolic engineering and synthetic biology, the biomanufacturing of microbial synthesized PHA has generated many breakthrough successes.There are two major bio-manufactural systems for PHA production, current industrial biotechnology(CIB) based on traditional chassis and next-generation industrial biotechnology(NGIB) based on extremophiles.Based on the comparison of CIB and NGIB,we review recent research progresses in PHA biomanufacturing, including process optimization on fermentation, extraction, purification, material modification and processing.Finally, perspectives of future development of PHA focusing on further reduction of manufactural cost and energy consumption have been proposed, aiming to provide valuable references to boost the industrial progress and commercialized applications of PHA.
