摘　　要：目的:分析血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、高敏肌钙蛋白T(hs-cTnT)联合检测在评估脓毒症患者预后的临床价值。方法:选取2016年6月—2021年3月于本院接受诊治的73例脓毒症患者作为观察对象,按照病情严重程度分成一般脓毒症组、重度脓毒症组,并根据转归不同分为生存组和病死组。选取同期本院体检人群40例为健康对照组。探讨血浆N T-proBNP、hs-cTnT水平与APACHEⅡ评分三者之间的关系及对脓毒症预后评估的价值。结果:一般脓毒症组、重度脓毒症组患者的血浆NT-proBNP、hs-cTnT水平均高于对照组,重度脓毒症组高于一般脓毒症组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);病死组患者的NT-proBNP、hs-cTnT水平与APACHEⅡ评分均高于生存组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆NT-proBNP、hs-cTnT表达与APACHEⅡ评分呈正相关。结论:血浆NT-proBNP、hs-cTnT联合检测对临床评估患者病情的严重程度、预后判断具有临床应用价值。Objective To study the prognosis value by testing plasma amino-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NTproBNP)and troponin T(hs-cTnT)in patients with sepsis.Methods Seventy-three patients with sepsis treated in our hospital from June 2016 to March 2021 were divided into the general sepsis group,the severe sepsis group,and the survival group and the death group according to different outcomes.To investigate the relationship between plasma Nt-probNP,hs-CTnt levels and APACHEⅱscore,and to evaluate the prognosis of sepsis.Results The plasma Levels of NT-probNP and hs-CTnt in the general sepsis group and the severe sepsis group were higher than those in the control group,and the severe sepsis group was higher than that in the general sepsis group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of NT-probNP,hs-CTnt and APACHEⅱscore in the death group were higher than those in the survival group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of Plasma Nt-probNP and hs-CTnt was positively correlated with APACHEⅱscore.Conclusion The combined detection of plasma NT-proBNP and hs-cTnT has noteworthy application value in the evaluation of the severity of spsis and prognosis.
