萝卜硫素治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的研究进展

摘　　要：我国幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染问题仍较严重,目前以抗生素为主的治疗方案仍存在部分不足。研究发现,萝卜硫素(sulforaphane,SFN)这一天然植物活性物质,通过增强机体抗氧化性,抑制Hp生长定植以及对Hp的直接杀伤作用治疗Hp感染,可以提高根除率,减轻不良反应。本文综述了SFN治疗Hp的研究进展,希望为Hp的治疗提供新思路。The problem of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection is still serious in China,and there are still some deficiencies in the current treatment plan based on antibiotics.Studies have found that sulforaphane(SFN),a natural plant active substance,can improve the eradication rate and reduce adverse reactions by enhancing the body's antioxidant ability,inhibiting the growth and colonization of Hp and directly killing Hp infection.This paper reviews the research progress of SFN in the treatment of Hp infection,hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of Hp infection.
