摘　　要："双高计划"引领着现代职业教育人才培养理念变革,对职业院校"双师型"教师队伍建设也提出了更高的要求.通过分析当前高职院校中"双师型"师资队伍建设现状以及存在的问题,探索"双师型"教师队伍建设路径,提出"双高计划"院校可以通过完善制度建设,优化队伍结构,以及健全培训体系等措施,不断加强高水平"双师型"教师队伍建设.The“double high plan”leads the reform of the concept of talent training in modern vocational education and puts forward higher requirements for the construction of“double qualified”teachers in vocational colleges.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the construction of“double qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper explored the construction path of“double qualified”teachers,and put forward that the“double high plan”colleges can continuously strengthen the construction of high-level“double qualified”teachers by improving the system construction,optimizing the team structure and perfecting the training system.
