摘　　要：分析磁共振(MR)扩散加权成像(DWI)联合Gleason评分对前列腺癌骨转移的诊断价值。104例前列腺癌患者根据全身骨扫描检查分为骨转移组(42例)及非骨转移组(62例),比较两组基线资料、骨转移灶(或右侧股骨组织)感兴趣区DWI参数表观扩散系数(ADC)及Gleason评分。研究发现DWI骨转移灶(或右侧股骨组织)ADC值、Gleason评分及临床T分期是前列腺癌骨转移的独立影响因素,围术期检查上述指标对临床诊疗有积极意义。The purpose of this study was to determine the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance(MR)diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)combined with Gleason score for bone metastasis in prostate cancer.A total of 104 patients with prostate cancer were divided into the bone metastasis group(n=42)and non-bone metastasis group(n=62)according to results of whole-body bone scan.The baseline data,the DWI parameter[apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)]at the region of interest(bone metastastic lesions or right femoral bone tissue),and Gleason score were compared between the two groups.The findings of this study showed that the ADC value on DWI at bone metastastic lesions(or right femoral tissue),Gleason score,and clinical T staging were independent influential factors of bone metastasis in prostate cancer.Therefore,perioperative examination of these indicators has positive implications for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
