摘　　要：通过研究炼油财务效益测算,设计并开发了适用于某大型能源公司27家炼油企业的炼油一步结转效益测算平台,本平台大规模集成生产计划、价格、加工费用、库存成本等数据,重点解决期末半成品价值的预估问题和相邻周期测算的期初库存取值问题,可以快速生成财务口径展示的报表,得到经济效益结果。本平台在应用中取得了良好的效果,提高了效益测算的工作效率和准确性,使效益测算更加规范,管理水平得到了提升。By studying the financial benefit calculation of oil refining,a one-step oil refining carry forward benefit calculation platform suitable for 27 oil refining enterprises of a large energy company is designed and developed.This platform integrates data such as production plan,prices,processing cost and inventory cost on a large scale,focusing on the estimation of the value of semi-finished products at the end of the period and the storage and withdrawal value at the beginning of the period calculated in adjacent cycles,It can quickly generate financial statements and obtain economic results.This platform has achieved good results in application,improved the efficiency and accuracy of benefit calculation,made benefit calculation more standardized,and improved the management level.
