摘 要:为打赢蓝天保卫战,实现推进大宗货物运输“公转铁”“公转水”目标,广东省梅州市蕉岭县水泥专用线进入工程可行性研究阶段,在分析蕉岭地区水泥运量基础上,研究线路技术标准、主要线站位方案,根据散装水泥装卸特点,提出了散装水泥罐式集装箱新型车型的应用。结合山区铁路车站布置特点,研究散装水泥装车方式,包括装车机械能力、筒仓设备数量与装卸线长度的关系,类比了不同条件下最优布置方案,为类似工程项目提供借鉴。For the battle to keep the sky blue and the goal of shifting freight traffic from road and water to rail for bulk cargo transportation, the cement railway line in Jiaoling County, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province has entered into the engineering feasibility study stage. By analyzing the cement transportation volume in the Jiaoling area, this paper researched the technical standards of the line and the station plan of the main line. According to the loading and unloading characteristics of bulk cement, the application of new models of bulk cement tank containers was proposed. Combined with the layout of railway stations in mountainous areas, the paper studied the loading method of bulk cement, including the relationship of the loading machinery capacity and the number of silo equipment with the length of loading and unloading lines. The optimal layout schemes in different conditions were compared, which provides reference for similar engineering projects.
