摘 要:本研究为实现3D打印制品的彩色化,在原材料光敏树脂中加入群青和氧化铁红两种着色剂,通过调节着色剂和光引发剂的用量,对光敏树脂表干时间、固化厚度,以及3D打印彩色制品的明度、透明度进行分析,探讨着色剂及光引发剂对光固化3D打印彩色制品成型的影响。实验结果表明:着色剂及光引发剂对光敏树脂的固化性能以及3D打印彩色制品的着色效果有着显著的影响,并且光敏树脂中的着色剂与光引发剂之间相互影响。当光引发剂含量不变时,随着着色剂含量增加,光敏树脂的固化时间增大,成型时间增长,对固化厚度有影响但规律不明显,3D打印彩色制品透明度降低,明度基本呈现降低趋势;当着色剂含量不变时,随着光引发剂含量的增加,光敏树脂的固化速度加快,但是固化厚度变小,3D打印彩色制品的明度显著增强、透明度增大。In this study,in order to realize the colorization of 3D printed products,ultramarine blue and iron oxide red were added into photosensitive resin as raw materials.By adjusting the dosage of colorant and photo-initiator,the surface drying time,curing thickness of photosensitive resin,brightness and transparency of 3D printed color products were analyzed,and the influence of colorant and photo-initiator on the molding of light-cured 3D printed color products was discussed.The experimental results showed that colorants and photo-initiators have significant effects on the curing performance of photosensitive resin and the coloring effect of 3D printed color products,and the colorants and photo-initiators in photosensitive resin interact with each other.When the photo-initiator content is constant,with the increase of colorant content,the curing time and molding time of photosensitive resin is increase.It has some effect on the curing thickness but the rule is not obvious.The brightness and transparency of 3D printed color products are reduced.When the colorant content is constant,with the increase of photo-initiator content,the curing speed of photosensitive resin is accelerated,but the curing thickness is reduced,and the brightness and transparency of 3D printed color products are significantly enhanced.
