摘  要:以“学生为中心、成果导向、持续改革”的教育理念,构建适合地方高校工科教学的线上线下有效融合的混合式教学模式。以江苏大学安全工程专业“安全人机工程学”课为例,组织混合式教学的设计与实践,根据收集的学习行为、学习反馈、学习成绩、课堂表现等信息资料,分析评价构建的混合式教学模式的教学效果,进一步调整优化混合式教学模式。该课程总体满意度在学院排名前30%,入选江苏大学课程教学质量评价A级课程,教学改革取得较好效果。Based on the concept of"student-centered,result-oriented,and continuous reform",a blended teaching model with effective online and offline integration is constructed,which is suitable for engineering teaching in local colleges and universities.Taking the course"Safety Ergonomics"of the safety engineering specialty of Jiangsu University as an example,the design and practice of the blended teaching are organized,and the effect of the constructed blended teaching is analyzed and evaluated according to the collected information such as learning behavior,learning feedback,academic performance,and classroom performance.The blended teaching mode is further adjusted and optimized.The overall satisfaction of the course is in the top 30%in the college ranking.The course was selected as an A-level course in the course teaching quality evaluation of Jiangsu University,and the teaching reform has achieved good results.
