摘 要:为科学选择舰船建造工艺参数,缩短建造时间,提升建造稳定性,降低建造过程中的能源消耗,构建舰船建造工艺参数优化的数学模型。以舰船建造切削过程的切削时间、切削稳定性与切削能耗为优化目标,切削功率、工件表面粗糙度与切削力等为约束条件,建立工艺参数优化的数学模型;利用自适应网格的多目标粒子群算法求解数学模型,获取最佳工艺参数优化结果。试验证明:该模型可有效获取最佳工艺参数优化结果,降低建造时间与能源消耗,模型求解过程中收敛效果较优;工艺参数优化后可有效降低切削过程刀尖振动幅值,增强建造稳定性。In order to scientifically select ship construction process parameters,shorten construction time,improve construction stability and reduce energy consumption in the construction process,a mathematical model for optimizing ship construction process parameters is designed.Taking the cutting time,cutting stability and cutting energy consumption of ship construction cutting process as the optimization objectives,and the cutting power,workpiece surface roughness and cutting force as the constraints,the mathematical model of process parameter optimization is established;The multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm with adaptive mesh is used to solve the mathematical model and obtain the optimal process parameters.Experiments show that the model can effectively obtain the optimization results of the optimal process parameters,reduce the construction time and energy consumption,and the convergence effect is better in the process of solving the model;The optimized process parameters can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude of the tool tip in the cutting process and enhance the construction stability.
