康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗活动性胃溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察康复新液联合奥美拉唑对活动性胃溃疡的疗效及对免疫功能、胃肠激素的影响。方法:选取活动性胃溃疡患者90例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组单纯使用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予康复新液治疗。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应,并比较2组治疗前后免疫功能指标及胃肠激素指标。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率84.44%,高于对照组55.56%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高(P<0.05),胃泌素(GAS)、胆囊收缩素(CCK)水平均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均较高(P<0.05),GAS、CCK水平均较低(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率13.33%,低于对照组40.00%(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗活动性胃溃疡,可提高临床疗效及患者免疫功能、胃肠激素水平,减少治疗中的不良反应。Objective:To observe the curative effect of the therapy of Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole on active gastric ulcer and its effect on immune function and gastrointestinal hormones.Methods:A total of 90 patients with active gastric ulcer were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole only,and the observation group was additionally treated with Kangfuxin liquid based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment,the indexes of immune function and gastrointestinal hormones in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 84.44%in the observation group,higher than that of 55.56%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of gastrin(GAS)and cholecystokininin(CCK)were decreased(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of GAS and CCK were lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 13.33%in the observation group,lower than that of 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole for active gastric ulcer can improve the clinical effects,immune function and levels of gastrointestinal hormones of patients,and reduce the adverse reactions in the treatment.
