摘　　要：社会力量在档案事务参与方面呈现出较强活力。目前,我国档案专业人员继续教育中社会力量参与已有广泛实践,但是缺少理论回应和探讨。本文梳理现阶段社会力量参与档案专业人员继续教育的实践现状,引入公众参与阶梯理论,结合档案专业人员继续教育的特殊性,提出档案专业人员继续教育中社会力量参与的理论模式,并探析不同参与模式的发展现状与未来趋势,以期为引入和推进社会力量参与档案专业人员继续教育活动提供理论支持和模式参考。Social forces have shown a strong vitality in the participation of archival undertakings, and there is a wide range of practice in the continuing education of archives professionals in China, but there is a lack of theoretical responses and discussions.By combing the practice status quo of social forces participating in the continuing education of archives professionals at this stage, on this basis, introduces the theory of public participation ladder, and combines the particularity of the continuing education of archives professionals, puts forward the theoretical model of social forces participating in the continuing education of archives professionals,analyzes the application and future trends of different modes of participation, with a view to providing theoretical support and model reference for the introduction and promotion of social forces to participate in the continuing education activities of archives professionals.
