摘  要:为了更顺利地完成斜床身数控车床X轴定位精度的检测,通过总结大量的工作经验,介绍几种激光干涉仪光路调整方法,阐明利用角度镜配合激光干涉仪及其它镜组完成光路调整的原理及步骤。该方法很好地利用了干涉仪配备的调整附件的特性,解决了斜轴光路准直调整的难题。To complete the inspection of the X-axis positioning accuracy of the inclined-bed CNC lathe more smoothly,we introduce several laser interferometer optical path adjustment methods by summarizing a lot of working experience and clarifying the principle and steps of using angle mirror with laser interferometer and other mirror sets to complete the optical path adjustment. The method makes good use of the characteristics of the adjustment accessories equipped with the interferometer and solves the difficult problem of adjusting the optical path collimation of the inclined axis.
