摘　　要：本文介绍了粽子法典亚洲区域标准目前的工作进展,通过对比亚洲区域内不同国家同类产品特征与相关安全要求,探讨粽子法典区域标准关键技术内容和亚洲国家对标准关注的焦点,提出对策与建议。The paper introduces the current progress of the Codex Asian regional standard for Zongzi,discusses the key technical contents of the standard and the focus of Asian countries,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on comparing the characteristics and related safety requirements of similar products in Asia.
