摘　　要：膜联蛋白A1(Annexin A1,ANXA1)是一种钙依赖性磷脂结合蛋白,属于膜联蛋白超家族,在多种恶性肿瘤中表达异常。近期研究表明ANXA1的异常表达与肺癌细胞的增殖、转移、化疗敏感性等密切相关,并在肺癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。干预ANXA1的表达可能为肺癌辅助诊断和评估预后提供新靶点,为克服肺癌转移和化疗耐药提供新策略。此外,调控ANXA1的表达也可能提高肺癌免疫治疗的疗效。全文就ANXA1的结构功能及与肺癌的研究进展作一简要综述。AnnexinA1(ANXA1), a calcium-dependent phospholipid binding protein, belongs to the Annexin superfamily and is abnormally expressed in various malignant tumors. Recent studies have shown that the abnormal expression of ANXA1 is closely related to the proliferation, metastasis, and chemosensitivity of lung cancer cells, and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of lung cancer. ANXA1 may provide a new molecular marker for auxiliary diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of lung cancer, and also provide a new therapeutic target for overcoming metastasis and chemotherapy resistance in lung cancer. In addition, regulating the expression of ANXA1 may also improve the efficacy of immunotherapy for lung cancer. In this article,the structure and function of ANXA1 and its role in lung cancer are briefly reviewed.
