摘  要:目的:观察补阳还五汤合黄连解毒汤联合电针治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例脑梗死患者随机分为两组各30例;对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予中药联合电针治疗;两组均治疗30天后进行疗效评价。结果:与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、NIHSS评分、中医症状积分、Barthel指数评分、临床总有效率均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤合黄连解毒汤联合电针对西医常规治疗的脑梗死患者,能调节血脂,改善神经功能,缓解临床症状,提高疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction and Huanglian Jiedu decoction and electroacupuncture on convalescent cerebral infarction.Methods:60 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine and electroacupuncture on the basis of control group.After both groups were treated for 30 days,the curative effect were evaluated.Results:Compared with control group after treatment,cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,highdensity lipoprotein,NIHSS score,TCM symptom score,Barthel index score and clinical total effective rate of treatment group were better than those of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with cerebral infarction who were treated by routine western medicine,Buyang Huanwu decoction and Huanglian Jiedu decoction and electroacupuncture can regulate blood lipid,improve neurological function,alleviate clinical symptoms and enhance curative effect.
