摘　　要：目的探讨成人肠套叠的MDCT征象及应用价值。方法对我院38例成人肠套叠的临床表现、套叠类型、CT征象及病因、术后病理行回顾性分析。结果肠套叠在MDCT图像上具有环靶征、肾形、慧星尾征、双管征等特征性表现;其中胃-小肠型1例,小肠型肠套叠14例,回-结肠型19例,结肠型4例;18例(47.4%)肠套叠患者为恶性肿瘤所致,交界性肿瘤占2.6%;脂肪瘤占13.2%;阑尾炎占7.9%;术后粘连占5.6%;先天性解剖异常占13.2%;单纯套叠占10.5%。结论成人肠套叠多继发于器质性病变,MDCT图像有其特征性。Objective To discuss Multi-Detector Computed Tomography(MDCT)signs and application value of adult intussusception.Methods The datums of 38 cases of adult intussusception treated in our Hospital which had the clinical manifestations,types of intussusception,CT signs,etiology and postoperative pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results It typically appeared as ring target sign or kidney shape or comet tail sign or double tube sign.As confirmed bv surgical operation,1 case was gastric-intestine intussusception,14 cases were enteric intussusception,19 cases were ileocolic intussusception,and 4 cases were colocolonic intussusception.Eighteen cases(47.4%)of intussusceptions were caused by malignant tumor,2.6%of cases were borderline tumors accounted,13.2%of cases were lipomas,7.9%of cases were appendicitis,5.6%of cases were post-operative adhesions,13.2%of cases were congenital anatomical abnormalities,and 10.5%of cases were idiopathic intussusception.Conclusion Adult intussusception is most often secondary to organic lesions and has characteristics of MDCT.
