摘  要:场景化职业教育培训是企业职业教育中关于知识解决方案的有效培训方式。场景化培训聚焦对员工赋能和用户增值两方面,将员工场景学习需求和用户场景体验需求作为职业教育培训开发的双导向,形成了向“向用户学习”的价值取向。以H公司的场景化培训为例,论证了场景化培训的理念、体制机制。Scenario-based vocational education and training is an effective training method of knowledge solution in enterprise vocational education. It focuses on empowering employees and adding value to users and takes employee scenario learning needs and user scenario experience needs as the dual guidance of vocational education and training development, forming a value orientation of "learning from users". Taking the scenario-based training in H company as an example, the paper demonstrates the concept, system and mechanism of scenario-based training.
