摘　　要：平衡草地生态功能与生产功能间的关系,是有效发挥草地多功能性的基本原则之一。基于黄土丘陵区天然草地生态系统特征,延安市人工草地建设现状,延安实施退耕还林(草)20年来畜牧业产值在农林牧总产值中的占比变化,1990―2020年间延安农林草土地面积占比以及不同覆盖度等级草地构成变化等分析,提出延安市草地建设应重点围绕天然草地改良和功能提升,对部分封禁恢复草地可开展适度放牧利用的探索研究。To balance the relationship between ecological function and productive function is one of the basic principles to effectively exploit the multi-functions of natural grassland.Based on the descriptions of the characteristics of natural grassland ecosystem at loess hilly-gully region,the status of artificial grassland development in Yan’an,the proportion of livestock production value in the total value of agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry during the past 20 years since the implementation of“Grain for Green”project in Yan’an,the land area proportion changes of agriculture,forestry and grassland,and the composition change of natural grassland area with different coverages from 1990 to 2020,it is proposed that grassland construction in Yan’an should focus on the improvement and function enhancement of natural grassland,and experimental investigations about moderate grazing can be taken on restored grassland.
