摘　　要：阐述职业规划和职业发展内涵和医学信息人才职业岗位需求,分析我国高校医学信息人才职业规划与职业发展现状及存在的问题,提出医学信息人才职业规划与职业发展若干策略。The paper expounds the connotation of career planning and career development and the job requirements to medical informatics talents,analyzes the present situation and existing problems in the career planning and career development of medical informatics talents in universities and colleges in China,and puts forward some strategies for career planning and career development of medical informatics talents.
