摘 要:学前教育督导工作的开展是推动学前教育规范化与科学化的有效方式,全面发展理念下学前教育督导体系建设工作有助于幼儿园建设质量的提升及学前教育儿童的健康成长。由于我国学前教育督导工作存在理念发展性不够、督导工作方式单一、督导队伍建设不完善等问题,学前教育督导工作的实效并不理想。学前教育督导工作的开展需要不断更新工作理念推动及优化工作方式,加强督导工作队伍建设,提升工作人员的专业素养与工作能力,促进学前教育质量的进一步提升。The implement of preschool education supervision system from the perspective of overall development is an effective way to promote standardized and scientific preschool education under the intervention of administrative forces, which is helpful to the improvement of the quality of kindergarten construction and the overall development of children in preschool education. Due to imperfect construction of the preschool education supervision team, old-fashioned concept of supervision work, and single supervision work methods, actual effect of preschool education supervision work is not satisfying. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously promote the concept of preschool education supervision work, optimize the working strategies, strengthen the construction of the supervision team, improve the professionalism and working ability of the staff of the preschool education supervision team, so as to promote the further improvement of the quality of preschool education.
