摘　　要：立德树人视域下高校学生军训育人效果关系到人才培养质量的提高和中国梦强军梦的实现,对于贯彻落实习近平强军思想和总体国家安全观具有重要意义。当前,高校学生军训存在着训练方式较为陈旧、训练氛围不够浓厚、训练保障服务不足、训练内容融入不够等现实隐忧,影响了军训育人目的的实现。高校要以习近平强军思想为指导,紧扣课程大纲,坚持从改进军训方式、军训氛围、服务保障、军训内容等方面出发,结合大学生成长特点和时代特征,进一步优化军训工作育人路径,促进高校立德树人根本任务的实现。The effect of military training on college students is related to the quality of personnel training and the realization of the Chinese Dream and the dream of building a strong army,which is of great significance to the implementation of Xi Jinping’s thought on building a strong army and the overall national security concept.At present,there are such practical problems in the military training of college students as outdated training methods,insufficient training atmosphere,inadequate training support services,and insufficient integration of training contents,which affect the realization of the purpose of military training.Colleges and universities should be guided by Xi Jinping’s thought on strengthening the army,adhere to the curriculum outline,and persist in improving military training methods,training atmosphere,service guarantees,training contents,etc.,and take into account the characteristics of college students’growth and the characteristics of the times so as to further optimize the path of military training work to educate students and promote the realization of the fundamental task of moral education and students cultivation in colleges and universities.
