成渝地区交通运输与区域经济耦合协调发展研究

摘　　要：交通设施是区域之间资源要素空间交换的核心载体,交通可达性已成为影响区域经济联系强度和空间指向的重要因素。基于加权平均旅行时间、可达性系数、经济潜力指数等指标,分析高速铁路发展对成渝地区交通可达性的影响;采用经济引力模型测算高速铁路和高速公路条件下的经济联系强度,探讨交通运输条件与区域经济发展的耦合协调效应。研究结果表明:高速铁路的发展显著提升了成渝地区的交通可达性,区域城市间的经济联系得到进一步加强;交通可达性与经济联系量的提升存在明显的"廊道效应",成德绵城市带和成渝发展主轴沿线城市受益较多;高速铁路改善了交通条件对成都、重庆等城市经济发展的制约,提高了交通可达性与经济联系的耦合协调程度。Transportation facilities are core carriers for the spatial exchange of resource elements between regions, and traffic accessibility has become an important factor affecting the strength of regional economic ties and spatial orientation.Utilizing weighted average travel time, accessibility coefficient, economic potential index and other indicators, this paper analyzed the impact of high speed railway development on traffic accessibility in the Chengdu-Chongqing area.The paper used an economic gravity model to calculate the strength of economic ties under the conditions of high speed railway and expressway and discussed the coupling and coordination effect between transportation conditions and regional economic development. The results show that the development of high speed railways has significantly improved the traffic accessibility of the Chengdu-Chongqing area, and the economic ties between regional cities have been further strengthened. There is an obvious “corridor effect” in the improvement of traffic accessibility and economic connection,and cities along the Chengdu-Deyang-Mianyang Urban Belt and the Chengdu-Chongqing development axis benefit more.The high speed railways have reduced the constraints of traffic conditions on the economic development of cities such as Chengdu and Chongqing and improved the coupling coordination degree between traffic accessibility and economic ties.
