摘　　要：酒钢烧结工序3#烧结机的配料系统承担着3#烧结机的配料调节控制工作,该系统的PLC采用最新的AB Logix5000系列产品,下位软件采用ControlLogix5000实现各种矿料的精准配给,上位操作画面采用FactoryTalk SE,实现生产数据的监测再现,并进行适当的参数调整及设备控制,实现生产过程的稳定运行,保证配料的精确与稳定可靠。The blending system of the sintering process 3# sintering machine of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.undertakes the batching regulation and control of the 3# sintering machine.In the sintering process,the blending system is very important.The PLC of the system adopts the latest AB Logix5000 series products,the lower software adopts ControlLogix5000 to realize the accurate distribution of various ores,and the upper operation screen adopts factorytalk se to realize the monitoring and reproduction of production data.Appropriate parameter adjustment and equipment control shall be carried out to realize the stable operation of the production process and ensure the accuracy,stability and reliability of batching.
