摘　　要：习近平生态文明思想是对中华传统生态智慧的传承与发展:在为什么要进行生态文明建设问题上,习近平生态文明思想把自然环境的价值从维持人类生存的传统认知提升到文明延续的更高层次,科学提出“生态兴则文明兴,生态衰则文明衰”;在中华先民“天育物有时,地生财有限”的认知基础上,指出“生态环境没有替代品,用之不觉,失之难存”;突破“节用”“寡欲”的传统生态保护思维,辩证提出“坚持在发展中保护、在保护中发展”;在传承仁民爱物、道法自然等中华传统生态智慧基础上,科学提出“走向生态文明新时代”的新目标。在建设什么样的生态文明问题上,习近平生态文明思想在继承中华传统天人合一观念基础上,创造性提出建设生命共同体的和谐家园;突破中华先民只关注自然资源经济价值的认识局限,提出“绿水青山就是金山银山”,构建兼顾生态与经济的绿色家园;在中国古人“濯清水,追凉风,钓游鲤,弋高鸿”生活理想基础上,提出打造宜居诗意的美丽家园;正视中国古代生态权归属问题,提出“良好生态环境是最公平的公共产品”,主张建设保障生态权共享的公平家园。在如何进行生态文明建设上,习近平生态文明思想在中华先民顺应自然、节约资源、因地制宜的生产理念基础上,主张节约与保护相结合,坚持系统工程思路;在设置“虞”“衡”,制定律令等传统政治举措基础上,健全生态管理制度,强化生态追责意识;在以道德、故事言生态的传统教化方式基础上,强化生态保护教育,营造良好社会氛围。Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization is the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese ecological wisdom.On the question of why to carry out the construction of ecological civilization,Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization has raised the value of the natural environment from the traditional cognition of maintaining human survival to a higher level of civilization continuation,scientifically claiming that "the prosperity of ecology leads to the prosperity of civilization,and the decline of ecology leads to the decline of civilization".On the basis of the Chinese ancestors’ cognition that "there are times when things are created by nature,and wealth is limited by the earth",it is pointed out that "there is no substitute for the ecological environment,and it is easy to ignore it when it is used while it is difficult to survive when it is lost";breaking through the traditional thought on ecological protection of "conservation" and "less desire",Xi Jinping thought dialectically proposes "adhering to both protection in development and development in protection";on the basis of inheriting traditional Chinese ecological wisdom,Xi Jinping thought scientifically sets a new goal of "moving towards a new era of ecological civilization".On the question of what kind of ecological civilization to build,Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization,on the basis of inheriting the traditional Chinese concept of the unity of nature and man,creatively advocates building a harmonious home for the community of life;breaking through the Chinese ancestors’ cognitive limitations of the economic value of natural resources,it suggests that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" and that a green home should be built by taking into account both ecology and economy;on the basis of the ancient Chinese life ideal of "washing in the clear water,chasing the cool breeze,fishing for carp,and shooting down flying birds with arrows",it is proposed to create a livable and poetic home;facing the issue of th
