摘　　要：[目的]基于扎根理论探索在需求导向下互联网医疗服务发展路径,为互联网医疗服务建设提供参考。[方法]在访谈资料基础上,采用NVIVO软件通过开放性、主轴和选择性编码将质性研究资料范畴化,构建互联网医疗发展路径框架。[结果]经三级编码梳理得到90个初始概念、28个范畴、9个主范畴、4个核心范畴和1个关键核心理念,探讨互联网医疗在“需求导向下互联网医疗发展”这一核心理念指引下的条件背景、发展推动力、内容构建、结果产出4个关键环节现状,总结环节互动的关键问题和建议。[结论]互联网医疗服务发展是弥合医疗需求的过程,基于医疗服务本质,融合互联网发展解决医疗痛点问题,才能实现医疗服务领域的守正创新。Objective This study explores the development path of internet medical service under the demand orientation based on grounded theory so as to provide reference for the construction of internet medical service.Methods On the basis of the interview data,NVIVO software was used to classify qualitative research data into categorization through openness,spindle and selective coding,and constructed the framework of internet medical development path.Results After three levels of coding combing,it got 90 initial concepts,28 categories,9 main categories,4 core categories and 1 key core concept.It discussed current situation of four key links such as condition background,development impetus,content construction,results output which internet medical was guided by the core idea of“demand-oriented internet medical development”.It summarized key issues and recommendations of the links interaction.Conclusions The development of internet medical service is the process of bridging medical needs,based on the essence of medical service,and the integration of internet development can solve the problem of medical pain points so as to realize the correct innovation in the field of medical service.
