摘　　要：经济犯罪数据侦查是经济犯罪案件刑事诉讼程序中的一部分,须在现有法律框架下平衡办案效率、实体效果和综合风险三者的关系,维护社会主义市场经济秩序。经济犯罪数据侦查同样应贯彻这一原则,以维护人民根本利益,促进社会主义市场经济效率为根本宗旨,分析经济犯罪侦查的环境变化,建立经济犯罪数据侦查的功能框架,并运用科学研究范式规划经济犯罪数据侦查的实践路径。Economic crime data investigation is a part of the criminal procedure of economic crime cases.It is necessary to balance the relationship between case handling efficiency,substantive effect and comprehensive risk under the existing legal framework,so as to maintain the order of socialist market economy.Economic crime data investigation should also implement this principle,with the fundamental purpose of safeguarding the fundamental interests of the people and promoting the efficiency of socialist market economy,analyze the environmental changes of economic crime investigation,establish the functional framework of economic crime data investigation,and use the scientific research paradigm to plan the practical path of economic crime data investigation.
