摘  要:高等教育腐败的影响因素是社会各界共同关心的课题。随着高等教育重要性的提升,高等教育较之以往更容易受到社会的影响,因此将研究重点放在分析高等教育腐败的社会影响因素上。本研究以腐败的制度选择分析框架为理论基础,选取世界上60个国家为案例,运用模糊集定性比较分析确定了影响高等教育腐败的社会因素组合。结果表明,高等教育腐败的条件组合和高等教育清廉的条件组合之间具有非对称性;不同社会规则对高等教育腐败和高等教育清廉的影响力不同;法治完善程度和社会信任水平是高等教育腐败程度的基础性影响因素。研究结果呈现出高等教育腐败与社会因素之间多重并发的因果关系,并突显了将高等教育腐败治理纳入更大、更深远的社会经济发展战略之中的必要性。Incentives of higher education corruption are the common concern of all sectors of society. With the increasing importance of higher education, higher education became more susceptible to social influence than ever before. Therefore, this study focuses on the analysis of social incentives of higher education corruption. Based on the Institutional Choice Analysis Framework of corruption, this study took 60 countries as cases and adopted the Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis to determine the configurations of variables affecting higher education corruption. The results show that: there is a asymmetry between the configurations of social incentives leading to higher education corruption and those maintaining higher education integrity;different social rules have different influence on corruption and integrity of higher education;the degree of rule of law improvement and the level of social trust are the basic social incentives affecting higher education corruption. This study presents the multiple concurrent causal relationships between social incentives and higher education corruption;and highlights the necessity of integrating the governance of higher education corruption into a larger and more far-reaching socio-economic development strategy.
