摘  要:目的研究大枣的化学成分,为其研究与开发奠定物质基础。方法综合应用多种色谱法和波谱法对新疆和田产大枣果肉的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。结果从和田大枣体积分数95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了13个酚类成分,分别为对羟基苯甲酸(1)、香草酸(2)、香草酸4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、异直蒴苔苷(4)、苄醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、苄基-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、2-羟基-5-(2-羟乙基)苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基顺式苯丙烯酸(8)、茵芋苷(9)、双酚A(10)、蔗糖-6-苯甲酸酯(11)、蔗糖-1′-苯甲酸酯(12)和蔗糖-4′-苯甲酸酯(13)。结论化合物4-7和9-13为首次从枣属植物中分离得到,并首次报道了化合物11和13的;C-NMR谱数据。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ziziphus jujuba Mill.fruits systematically,as well as to enrich the phytochemistry study and lay a resource foundation for the development of Z.jujuba.Methods The compounds from Z.jujuba were isolated and identified by chromatographic and spectral methods.Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as p-hydroxybenzoic acid(1),vanillic acid(2),vanillic acid 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),tachioside(4),benzyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),benzyl-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),2-hydroxy-5-(2-hydroxyethyl)phenylβ-D-glucopyranoside(7),4-O-β-D-glucosyl-cis-p-coumaric acid(8),skimmin(9),bisphenol A(10),sucrose-6-benzoate(11),1′-O-benzoylsucrose(12),and 4′-O-benzoylsucrose(13).Conclusion Compound 4-7 and 9-13 were obtained from Ziziphus genus for the first time,and the;C-NMR data for 11 and 13 were reported here for the first time.
