摘　　要：针对某型机械燃油泵人工手动正时调节工艺,研制一种燃油泵正时远程调节系统,该系统由液压系统提供动力源,通过特殊定制快速夹紧及辅助装置,以及燃油泵调节工艺来调节燃油泵的位置,以得到正确的燃油喷射提前角和功率。该系统可提供一个远程的且精确的正时调节工艺,可排除目前手动调节的不安全性,且操作简单,节约时间,大大提高工作效率。For the manual timing adjustment process of a mechanical fuel pump,a remote adjustment timing system for the fuel pump is developed.The system is powered by a hydraulic system and adjusts the position of the fuel pump through specially customized quick clamping and auxiliary devices and fuel pump adjustment process to obtain the correct advance angle and power of fuel injection.The system can provide a remote and precise timing adjustment process,can eliminate the insecurity of current manual adjustment,is easy to operate,saves time,and greatly improves work efficiency.
