摘　　要：目的探讨miR-205-5p在卵巢癌患者血清中的表达水平及其与预后的关系。方法选取卵巢癌患者98例为卵巢癌组,健康体检女性98例为健康组。采用实时定量聚合酶链反应检测血清miR-205-5p表达水平。ROC曲线分析miR-205-5p对卵巢癌的诊断价值,多因素Cox回归分析卵巢癌患者预后的相关影响因素。结果术前卵巢癌组miR-205-5p表达水平高于健康组,卵巢癌组术后miR-205-5p低于术前(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示,miR-205-5p诊断卵巢癌的曲线下面积为0.810,最佳截断值为6.28,灵敏度为89.79%,特异度为86.73%。与miR-205-5p低表达者比较,高表达者的肿瘤分化程度和淋巴结转移率均增高,生存时间降低(P<0.05)。多因素Cox回归分析显示,低肿瘤分化、有淋巴结转移和miR-205-5p高表达均为卵巢癌患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血清miR-205-5p高表达与卵巢癌患者的预后密切相关,miR-205-5p高表达可提示其预后不良,有望成为临床诊断及预后评价的生物学标志物。Aim To explore the expression level of serum miR-205-5 p in patients with ovarian cancer and its relationship with prognosis.Methods 98 patients with ovarian cancer were selected as the ovarian cancer group,and 98 women with healthy physical examination were selected as the healthy group.Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was used to detect the expression level of serummiR-205-5 p,ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of serum miR-205-5 p in ovarian cancer,and multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the relevant factors affecting the prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer.Results The expression level of miR-205-5 p in the ovarian cancer group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group,and the expression level of miR-205-5 p in the ovarian cancer group after operation was significantly lower than that before operation(P<0.05).The ROC curve results showed that the area under the curve of serum miR-205-5 p in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer was 0.810,the best cut-off value was 6.28,the sensitivity was 89.79%,and the specificity was 86.73%.Compared to the patients with low expression of miR-205-5 p,the degree of tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis rate in ovarian cancer patients with high expression of miR-205-5 p incresaed,the survival time decreased(P<0.05).Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that low tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis and high expression of miR-205-5 p were risk factors for the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of serum miR-205-5 p is closely related to the prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer,which can indicate a poor prognosis and is expected to become a biomarker for clinical diagnosis and prognostic evaluation.
