摘　　要：提出中医表型组学是以中医核心理论为根本,以大型“证病结合”人群队列为基础,采用多学科联合和人工智能等手段,从宏观、中观、微观水平上系统地、定性与定量结合地测定中医证病发生发展全过程中的表型集合及中药干预下的转归机制,揭示中医现代科学内涵的一门学科。以大型“证病结合”人群队列为研究基础,以多学科联合与人工智能为技术实现途径,以中医经典理论科学内涵的阐释为研究内涵,可构建中医表型组学研究体系。总结中医表型组学的主要研究任务为在全面获取各尺度表型基础上,着眼于基因(先天之本)、环境(后天影响),通过微观表型作用于中观、宏观表型的路径机制,将宏观表型、中观表型和微观表型跨尺度关联,最终系统绘制中国人群生理、病理的中医表型组学图谱,实现中医的精准医学。Rooted in the core theories of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and based on the large disease-syndromes-combined cohort,phenomics in TCM is proposed to determine the phenotypes during the whole process from occurrence to progression of diseases and syndromes,and explore the recovery mechanism under TCM interventions at the macro,meso,and micro levels in systematic,qualitative and quantitative ways,by taking use of the multidisciplinary methods and artificial intelligence,thereby revealing the modern scientific connotation of TCM.The research system of TCM phenomics can be constructed based on the large disease-syndrome-combined cohort,and by using the multidisciplinary and artificial intelligent techniques,with the explanation of the classic TCM theories as the scientific connotation.The main task in TCM phenomics is to associate the macro-,meso-and micro-phenotypes through the pathway where micro-phenotypes act on mesco-and macro-ones,based on the comprehensive obtain of all phenotypes and the focus on genes(congenital)and environment(acquired),and finally to draw the systematic physiological and pathological phenotype map of TCM phenomics,which will facilitate the precision medicine in TCM.
