摘　　要：为探讨CIITA(MHCII类反式激活蛋白)基因表达水平与脑胶质瘤放疗敏感性关系,采用Cox比例风险回归模型,对TCGA、CGGA693、CGGA3253个独立公共数据集数据进行整理分析,研究CIITA高、低表达水平与脑胶质瘤放疗敏感性关系。结果表明:在不放疗情况下,CIITA高、低表达水平与生存率无显著相关,校正HR(CIITA高表达/CIITA低表达)值分别为1.208(0.403~3.621)、1.501(0.743~3.035)和1.281(0.451~3.637),P值分别为0.736、0.250和0.641;而在放疗情况下,CIITA高、低表达水平与生存率显著相关,校正HR(CIITA高表达/CIITA低表达)值分别为1.821(1.086~3.053)、2.052(1.409~2.988)和2.664(1.531~4.634),P值分别为0.023、<0.0001和0.001,结合Kaplan-Meier曲线及log-rank统计检验,结果发现相对于CIITA高表达患者,低表达患者在接受放射治疗后,生存状态更好。这一研究提示,CIITA基因可能与脑胶质瘤患者放射敏感性存在一定的关联。The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between CIITA(MHCII class trans activator proteins)gene expression and radiotherapy sensitivity of gliomas.Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to analyze the data of TCGA,CGGA693 and CGGA325 to study the relationship between high and low expression of CIITA and radiotherapy sensitivity of glioma.The results showed that:In the absence of radiotherapy,there was no significant correlation between high and low CIITA expression and survival rate,and the corrected HR(CIITA high expression/CIITA low expression)values were 1.208(0.403-3.621),1.501(0.743-3.035)and 1.281(0.451-3.637),respectively.P values were 0.736,0.25 and 0.641,respectively.In the case of radiotherapy,the high and low expression of CIITA was significantly correlated with survival,and the corrected HR(CIITA high expression/CIITA low expression)values were 1.821(1.086-3.053),2.052(1.409-2.988)and 2.664(1.531-4.634),respectively.P values were 0.023,<0.0001 and 0.001,respectively.Combined with the results of Kaplan-Meier curve and Log-rank statistical test,it was found that compared with patients with high CIITA expression,patients with low CIITA expression had better survival status after radiotherapy.This study suggests that the CIITA gene may be associated with radiosensitivity in patients with glioma.
