摘  要:绳索是重要的渔具材料,在渔业生产中发挥了重要作用,其综合性能直接影响到渔业生产效率及安全。本文主要围绕超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)绳索、钢丝绳、碳纤维绳索的主要性能及改性研究进行综述,分析对比了三种渔用高性能绳索材料在断裂性能、抗腐蚀性能、抗蠕变性能等综合性能上的优缺点;介绍了它们在渔业领域的发展现状,为渔用绳索新材料的进一步研发及应用提供理论参考。此外,本文回顾了渔用高性能绳索材料前期研究方向及应用技术方面的重点与难点,建议今后加强其基础研究及产业化应用技术研究。Rope is an important fishing gear material,which plays an important role in the fishery production process,and its comprehensive performance directly affects the production efficiency and safety of the industry.This paper mainly focused on the research progress of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber rope,wire rope,carbon fiber rope and other research progress,analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of fishing high-performance rope materials in the comprehensive performance of anti-fracture,anti-corrosion,anti-creep performance,etc.In addition,this paper reviewed the research direction and application technology of high-performance rope materials for fishing,and suggested that the basic research and industrialization application technology research of fishing rope materials should be strengthened in the future.
