摘 要:以硅烷偶联剂改性磁性纳米粒子和N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮为线性聚合物,采用水溶液聚合制备了磁性聚合物吸附树脂,对其结构和镉离子吸附热力学、吸附动力学以及循环再生利用性能进行了研究,FTIR初步表明磁性聚合物吸附树脂具有目标结构单元,磁性聚合物吸附树脂表面粗糙,微孔和沟壑数量较多,镉离子吸附为自发、吸热的熵增过程,满足Langmuir等温吸附方程,吸附动力学可用与化学吸附相关的准二级速率方程描述,五次循环利用后磁性聚合物吸附树脂镉离子吸附容量达到第一次吸附容量的74.1%。Magnetic polymer adsorbent was prepared by water solution polymerization using silane coupling agent modified magnetic nanoparticles and N,N-methylene diacrylamide as crosslinkers, and polyvinylpyrrolidone as the linear polymer.The structure and cadmium ion adsorption thermodynamics, kinetics and the recycling performance were investigated.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)preliminarily shows that magnetic polymer adsorbent has target structure unit.Magnetic polymer adsorbent has rough surface with many micropores and folds.Cadmium ion adsorption is a spontaneous and endothermic process of entropy increase.Cadmium ion adsorption thermodynamics is in agreement with Langmuir isothermal adsorption model, and the adsorption kinetics accords with the quasi-second-order kinetic model related to chemical adsorption.After five recycles, cadmium ion adsorption capacity for the magnetic polymer resin accounts for 74.1%of the first adsorption capacity.
