摘 要:透明聚丙烯(PP)塑料对激光透过率较高,无法对激光能量进行吸收,采用在下层PP塑料上涂敷吸收剂的方法,实现激光焊接。对激光塑料焊接工艺参数进行正交实验,当吸收剂厚度为54μm,激光功率50 W,焊接速度为100 mm/s,光斑直径为1 mm时,此时焊缝剪切强度达到最大的35 MPa,为最佳工艺参数。进一步对焊缝截面进行切片分析,结果表明,当下层PP塑料吸收足够多的激光能量后,会使得焊缝熔池进一步扩展,焊缝深度和宽度增加,有利于提高焊缝剪切强度。Due to high transmittance rate of transparent polypropylene(PP)plastic,which was impossible to absorb laser energy.Therefore,method of coating the absorbent on the lower layer of PP plastics was adopted to realize laser welding.The orthogonal experiment of laser plastic welding parameters was carried out.When absorbent thickness is 54μm,laser power is 50 W,welding speed is 100 mm/s and spot size is 1 mm,shear strength of the welds is maximum with 35 MPa,which is the best process parameters.Cross section analysis results show when enough laser energy is absorbed,the material further expands the weld pool and increases the depth and width of welds,which is conducive to improving the shear strength of welds.
