牙痛宁滴丸联合西吡氯铵含漱液治疗正畸早期牙龈炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察牙痛宁滴丸联合西吡氯铵含漱液治疗正畸早期牙龈炎患者的效果。方法:选取78例正畸早期牙龈炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各39例。对照组采用西吡氯铵含漱液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合牙痛宁滴丸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后牙龈指标[菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)]水平、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)]评分、口腔健康状况[口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)]评分和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.44%(38/39),高于对照组的76.92%(30/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组GI、PLI、SBI水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS和OHIP-14评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:牙痛宁滴丸联合西吡氯铵含漱液治疗正畸早期牙龈炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低牙龈指标水平、VAS评分和OHIP-14评分,其效果优于单纯西吡氯铵含漱液治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Yatongning dropping pills combined with Cetylpyridinium chloride gargle solution in treatment of patients with early orthodontic gingivitis.Methods:78 patients with early orthodontic gingivitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cetylpyridinium chloride gargle solution,while the observation group was treated with Yatongning dropping pills on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the gingival index levels[plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI)],the pain level[visual analogue scale(VAS)],the oral health conditions[oral health impact profile(OHIP-14)]score and the incidence of adverse effects before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.44%(38/39),which was higher than the control group of 76.92%(30/39),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of GI,PLI,and SBI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and the OHIP-14 score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions:Yatongning dropping pills combined with Cetylpyridinium chloride gargle solution in the treatment of the patients with early orthodontic gingivitis can improve the total effective rate of treatment,and reduce the levels of gingival index,the VAS score and the OHIP-14 score.Moreover,it is superior to single Cetylpyridinium chloride gargle solution.
