摘  要:装配式建筑和建筑信息模型(BIM)技术是当前建筑业发展的新趋势,也是建筑业转型升级的重要标志。在此背景下,以地方应用型高校为例,结合新工科理念,将装配式建筑和BIM技术有机融入土木工程专业人才培养方案,重构课程体系,改革课程的教学内容和方法,整合与优化实践教学体系,构建新兴工科和原有工科相结合的学科专业新结构。实践证明,此项改革提高了学生的专业素质和综合能力,较好地实现了专业培养目标。Fabricated buildings and building information modeling (BIM) technology is new trend in the development of the current construction industry,and also an important symbol of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.In this context,taking local application-oriented universities as an example,combining the concept of new engineering disciplines,integrating prefabricated architecture and BIM technology into the civil engineering talent training program,reconstructing the curriculum system,and reforming the teaching content and methods of the curriculum.Integrate and optimize the practical teaching system,and build a new structure of disciplines combining emerging engineering and traditional engineering.Practice has proved that the reform of the students’ professional quality and comprehensive ability has achieved the goal of professional training.
