铜绿假单胞菌注射液联合深部热疗治疗恶性胸腹腔积液的回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的观察与探讨胸腹腔灌注铜绿假单胞菌注射液联合深部热疗治疗恶性胸腹腔积液的疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法将2017年12月至2020年12月在兰州大学第二医院肿瘤内科收治的100例恶性胸腹水患者按照治疗方法不同分为2组,每组50例,A组胸腹腔灌注铜绿假单胞菌注射液治疗,B组胸腹腔灌注铜绿假单胞菌注射液后行局部深部热疗,比较两组的疗效和不良反应。结果A组有效率80%,发热6例(12%),胸腹痛14例(28%);B组有效率94%,发热2例(4%),胸腹痛1例(2%);B组有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组所致的发热无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组所致的胸痛、腹痛发生率高(P<0.05)。结论铜绿假单胞菌注射液胸腹腔灌注联合深部热疗治疗恶性胸腹腔积液可提高临床治疗效果,不良反应轻微。Objective To observe and discuss the curative effect of thoracoabdominal infusion of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Preparation combined with deep hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant thoracoabdominal effusion.Methods In the methods of retrospective analysis,100 patients were divided into two groups,50 patients in each group.Group A was injected with Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Preparation into the thoracic and abdominal cavity,and group B was injected with Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Preparation and received deep local hyperthermia.The efficacy and adverse reactions were compared among the two groups.Results The effective rate of group A was 80%,though 6 cases of fever(12%)and 14 cases have chest or abdominal pain(28%).The effective rate of group B was 94%,fever in 2 cases(4%),chest or abdominal pain in 1 case(2%).The effective rate in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fever rate between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the incidence of chest or abdominal pain was higher in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Preparation combined with deep hyperthermia has a significant curative effect and mild adverse reactions in the treatment of malignant pleural and abdominal effusion.
