连接创业者社会结构与认知结构的社会机制——对Shepherd等研究的思考及数字创业情境下的启示

摘　　要：Shepherd与合作者Patzelt、Gruber、Nadkarni的研究探讨了将两个与创业者有关的被割裂研究的主题,即社会结构与认知结构连接起来的社会机制,并提出了六个迫切需要关注的研究问题。本文围绕Shepherd等(2021)的观点进行思考,认为连接创业者社会结构与认知结构的社会机制是有待挖掘的理论"黑箱",需要多样化的理论和方法予以探索,并且强调了开展情境化研究的必要性。这有助于进一步探究相应的社会机制。最后,本文提出数字创业情境下创业者的社会结构、认知结构和连接两者的机制都会发生变革,这也是未来值得进一步探索的重点问题。Shepherd and his collaborators Patzelt,Gruber and Nadkarni discussed the social mechanism of how to connect the two topics that have been separated to study(social and cognitive structure,and put forward six major research issues that need attention.Based on the viewpoint of shepherd et al.(2021),this paper proposes that the social mechanism linking entrepreneurs’social and cognitive structure is a black box to be excavated,which requires diversified theories and methods to be explored.Furthermore,contextual research should be carried out for further research.Finally,we advance that the social structure,cognitive structure and mechanism linking them will change in the context of digital entrepreneurship,which is also a research topic in the future.
