摘　　要：本文对国内外居民生活领域碳普惠工作开展情况进行研究,分析碳普惠工作效果和存在问题。结合北京开展的相关工作和实际情况,提出了北京碳普惠政策建议,为下一步政策制定提供参考。This paper studies on the development of carbon Pratt & Whitney in the foreign countries and domestic residents’ living areas, and analyzes the effect and existing problems of carbon universal benefits. Combined with the relevant work and the actual situation in Beijing, it puts forward Beijing’s Carbon Pratt & Whitney policy recommendations, which are providing a reference for further policy formulation.
