艾立布林联合特瑞普利单抗治疗多线化疗失败的晚期乳腺癌的初步探索

摘　　要：目的探讨艾立布林联合特瑞普利单抗治疗多线化疗失败的晚期乳腺癌的疗效和安全性。方法收集接受艾立布林联合特瑞普利单抗治疗的9例多线化疗失败的晚期乳腺癌患者的病历资料,分析其疗效及安全性。结果9例患者中,Luminal型乳腺癌4例,三阴性乳腺癌5例;三线接受艾立布林联合特瑞普利单抗治疗3例,四至九线接受艾立布林联合特瑞普利单抗治疗6例。部分缓解2例,疾病稳定5例,疾病进展2例。中位无进展生存期为4个月,中位总生存期未达到。主要不良反应包括中性粒细胞减少6例,手足麻木2例,恶心呕吐3例,甲状腺功能减退2例。结论艾立布林联合特瑞普利单抗治疗多线化疗失败的晚期乳腺癌具有一定疗效,且不良反应可控,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of eribulin combined toripalimab in the treatment of advanced breast cancer after failure of multiple line chemotherapy.Method Clinical data of 9 patients with advanced breast cancer who were treated with eribulin combined toripalimab after failure of multiple line chemotherapy was collected and the efficacy and safety were analyzed.Result Among 9 patients,there were 4 cases of Luminal breast cancer and5 cases of triple negative breast cancer.Three cases were treated with third line eribulin combined toripalimab,and 6 cases were treated with fourth to ninth line eribulin combined toripalimab.Two cases achieved partial response(PR),5 cases with stable disease(SD),and 2 cases with progressive disease(PD).Median progression-free survival(PFS)was 4months,and median overall survival(OS)was not reached.Main adverse reactions included 6 cases of neutrophil decrease,2 cases of hand and foot numbness,3 cases of nausea and vomiting and 2 cases of hypothyroidism.Conclusion Eribulin combined toripalimab has certain effect for the treatment of advanced breast cancer after failure of multiple line chemotherapy,with controllable adverse reactions and certain clinical application value.
